Shipping Policy
I currently offer shipping only for unframed fine art photography artworks. All orders placed via the online store are sold as unframed pieces and shipped accordingly.
If you would like an art piece to be framed and shipped, please contact me via the contact page so I can assist you.
Return & Exchange Policy
I have a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if it is damaged or if the wrong print has been sent.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the package is damaged or if you have received the wrong print. This will allow me to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds.
In the event your order is damaged, a replacement print will be arranged without delay once I have been notified and the matter has been resolved.
